Jack age 6, Blake age 4 stats

Jack and Blake went in to the doctor for their checkup together for their 4 and 6 year old appointments. Jack, like always, is off the charts - and has been since he was a baby. They just write 'above 95% on both height and weight. Blake hit 90% on height and weight.

Jack: 51 1/8 inches tall. 61 pounds.
Blake: 42 3/8 inches tall. 43.2 pounds.

I sure love my big boys. The doctor tried asking Blake questions during the exam but he kept running off on tangents about different stories and cool things - it was quite entertaining. During the eye part of Blake's exam- he failed one eye completely. Not sure if it's something I should worry about, or he just got bored and started making stuff up... because he did have a mischievous grin on his face while doing it.

Jack turns 6!

Grandma from California came up for Jack's birthday, and he couldn't have been more thrilled! They did many crafts and made his birthday cake into an airplane. And the night was filled with a grand 'ole time at Boondocks. We got so many tickets it was ridiculous... and at the end of the night Jack got a huge yellow ball to take home (but that's all we'll mention- because he sat on it when we got home, and let's just say it didn't make it - haha).

Jack lost his 2nd front tooth on his Birthday. During the beginning of the day it was kinda just dangling there and it was kinda freakin me out, so I told him if it fell out before we went to lunch I would give him a nickel. HAHA - worked like a charm, it came out in 5 minutes after that announcement.

What a fun kid. I can't believe he's already 6!!

$100

Jack has been working very hard the last few months, and today he finally made his goal of earning $100 dollars. Not too bad for a 5 year old! He worked really hard, and is very proud of himself. Jack was excited to go put it in the bank, and excited to start making another goal to work towards. Way to go Jack!

Jack is also about to loose one of his upper teeth, so it's all lopsided! haha, what a ham. Also I added a picture of Ty sleeping.. because he's so darn cute. He's been falling asleep on Trent a lot lately, haha.

Tyler.. not afraid to dive right in!

Oh Tyler.. how we love you so! haha. Tyler instigated a dog pile on top of Blake, where Jack then joined in by jumping on top. The final result? Tyler limping, unable to bear any weight on his leg. Since he has a high tolerance of pain, we decided to take him to the instacare the next morning. After a 3 hour wait... :P ... they finally did xrays and found fluid around his bone which could indicate a small fracture. They put him in this bulky splint and sent him home. Poor guy.

After a day or so it seemed to be putting more stress on the upper part of his leg - so I took it off since I had an uneasy feeling he was going to hurt himself worse with it on. I watched him close, and now he's running and jumping like nothing ever happened. Funny little guy - I have a feeling this won't be the last time we're there, that's for sure! Love u bean!
