Museum of Natural Curiosity

We decided to go to the Museum of Natural Curiosity on Memorial Day. It was a very fun day, we enjoyed all they had - and sure wore us all out! They had fun things for everyone - Trent and I were also having fun building, creating, and playing with all sorts of unique things. Too bad it wasn't closer to us or we would buy a season pass - but it was a fun little trip we took as a family.

On a silly side note, Tyler has expressed a huge interest in tractors, 4 wheelers and anything with big machines. Those are what his favorite books are about, and likes to say 'giant excavator' although it sounds like 'ex-tu-bator'. ha, love that kid. He is very independent and loves to exclaim, "I did it! Yay, Mommy I did it!"  Now it's off to more adventures :) .

Soccer Trophy

Jack's last soccer game was Saturday. His coach gave him and his teammates Trophies and soccer cones to practice. Jack was astonished! He came up to me afterwards and exclaimed, "Wow! I got a Trophy... but I am so young. Thanks for signing me up Mom!" Ha! Love this kid.

I was debating on waiting another year to put Jack back in soccer, but since Blake was wanting to play next year I signed them both up. I looked out the window yesterday and saw Jack 'coaching' Blake by making him kick the soccer ball around the cones. What awesome little people I have.

Jack was still one of the fastest by the end of the season, but he still enjoyed booting the ball as hard as he could as opposed to taking it all the way up. But when he would take it all the way up, he made sure to kick it right in the goal. :)

Birthday and Mother's Day

My birthday and Mother's Day are usually close, or on the same day. This year they were a day apart, and I enjoyed all the extra love and attention all my boys gave me. I felt truly loved every second.

Of course on my birthday everyone had to sing, "Happy Tuesday to you!" since that's what Tyler believes to be birthday, and it's so dang cute. haha. And since we didn't have 28 candles... we just used Trent's 30th one and marked -2 on it. I know, we're awesome! :)

Jack made me some super cute cards, and Blake just wrapped up his favorite toys to give to me. Tyler would just take my cheeks in his hands and proclaim every few minutes, "HAPPY TUESDAY MOMMY!" - Perfect. <3 b="">

Trent made me a wonderful breakfast and was super handsome as always. Love that man to the moon and back to the dirt.

Easter and creations

Hawaii treasures we gave to friends and family
Painting with paints from Sylvia

Jack's invention to fold the paper over and create

Easter was so fun watching the boys run around and find eggs filled with a single M&M or sometimes a little bit of change. Jack woke up and found most of them before the other 2 woke up, but they didn't mind - as long as they got a little too! Tyler loved that he could open them when he found them. Seeing their eyes light up is the best thing in the world. Love my little men. :)
