This time we decided to mix it up a little bit and buy a condo. Didn't have much to fix on it - tile and paint, but now we're in the process of picking out good renters. It's nice having this one close to us. Cute place too, it has a playground for kids and two parking places. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.
