Alta View and Altitude

What have you done lately that made you hold your breath.. for maybe even, just one second? Me? I accepted a full time job at a hospital I have only been to once! That's right, I uprooted from all my other jobs (yes, I know I have many), and on a whim excepted the job. Alta View Hospital, here I come!

Why? You might wonder. Because it's back to my old shift that I use to love so very much. 7 on 7 off swing shift. YAY. So I may not get as much sleep as before.. but it means I get to spend every single day with my two little boys. That, AND they don't have to go to the base school or to a babysitters. I am excited. I start my first day on Wednesday.. I hope I end up loving it there as much as my other jobs. And yes, I do still plan on staying with them PRN - but I think the only one who will really get to use me is the instacare, cause let's just face it- that place is awesome :) .

~~ Oh, and Jack keeps wondering about what Daddy and I do at work. He asks us a lot of questions. What does he want to do when he grows up? He wants to fix airplanes and helicopters, clean and fly them. He absolutely LOVES anything to do with airplanes or helicopters.

If Jack gets in trouble with something, and we put it up high so he can't have it anymore, he always makes up a huge story about he is going to get his airplane/helicopter and have it fly really high and retrieve it for him. He pretty much now uses this story every single time he gets in trouble for anything anymore. Airplanes and helicopters are his heros. Who's your hero?

  1. At least your son has high aspirations. Hayden wants to get keys to a mail truck and live in by the road.... not the river. LOL
