Just last month we closed on a cute house in Layton. It was only on the market for one day, so we were lucky we caught it! Luckily it didn't need as much work as some of our other houses did, so we were able to get it in good shape and cleaned up in less than a month. Renters moved in a day after the carpet got laid down, and we are excited to have them. The boys helped me clean it up, and Trent did some of the painting! And of course we had 'our handyman' Ramiro get in there with his tile work. I think it's such a cute house, and it's extremely nice to have this rental so close.
