We've owned this house for a little over 2 months. Instead of renting this house, we decided to sell it. We put it on KSL and have had some activity. Usually you need to own a house for 90 days before you can sell it, but sense the market is odd right now - they took that rule away. We were going to list it on the MLS.. but got an offer on it the day before we did. Sweet.
This house is actually really cute on the inside. The outside looks a lot better than it did before too. I tried to steal the pictures off of the appraisal, but it didn't work - so just imagine a crazy 70's looking home from the outside equip with crazy looking rocks and everything ;) .

This time I actually picked out all the tile and carpet. Ahh... More responsibility than I'd like. HAHA-jk. It was fun, and like always, it's fun to see the final outcome!
